When used as a substitute for corporate law, business law means the law relating to the enterprise company , together with such exercise as elevating capital, company formation, and registration with the government. In 1998 the Constitutional Court of Turkey banned and dissolved Turkey’s Refah Party over its introduced Real Estate News intention to introduce Sharia-based laws, ruling that it would change Turkey’s secular order and undermine democracy. On appeal by Refah the European Court of Human Rights determined that “sharia is incompatible with the fundamental ideas of democracy”.
